Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallVoya, an AI phone-receptionist service operated by Snap Marketing ("CallVoya", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CallVoya provides an AI receptionist that answers inbound phone calls, responds using the knowledge you provide, takes messages, transfers to a human when appropriate, and logs call activity (including optional transcripts and recordings) to your dashboard and connected integrations.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Plans and pricing are shown at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You control whether recording and disclosures are enabled for your calls. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent and complying with all recording, privacy, and telecommunications laws that apply to you and your callers.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the knowledge base, call data, and other content you provide or generate through the Service. You grant us the rights needed to process it to operate the Service. You represent you have the right to provide it.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Telnyx, AI model providers, Stripe, HubSpot). Their availability and terms are outside our control; integrations function only while properly connected and, where applicable, while your subscription is active.

8. AI disclaimer

The AI may occasionally be inaccurate, misunderstand a caller, or be unavailable. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallVoya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or missed calls. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your provisioned phone number and AI service stop.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CallVoya operates, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
